How Commited Are You

Many times when I speak with people over the phone or in person about the job opportunities that are available to work from home, I ask them a question... "Can they be as committed to a work from home environment, as they would if they were in a corporate environment"? Sometimes the work from home privilege is not taken as seriously as should be. We are paid to be professionals and what we do should not be taken lightly.

Not everyone can work from home... and if commitment is a challenge for you, you may want to rethink working from home. It takes dedication, maturity, and self-discipline to be a work from home Customer Service Agent. You still need to have a work ethic.
