I always say that working from home is truly what adults do. Because these are the types of people who can work without being told, and do what they are supposed to do without being asked. Not everyone can handle this type of responsibility. Some people look for people to give them instructions for their every move; but people who work from home have to be proactive and aggressive in making decisions.
